Hide capacity field if vehicle is electric

Hi Grusha,

I have the following problem:

When a vehicle is electric the capacity is not used because the vehicle doesn't have cylinders, so I would like to hide the capacity option when the vehicles are electric.

Can you please help with the right piece of code?

Note: I know you are going to say that I can simple make the field capacity not required and then when nothing is introduced in that field it would not display the field, but I need that field has required since I have it exporting to an API and some value need to be inserted for it to work.

Hi Paulo.

Everything is much simpler... Go to Admin Area -> Components -> EXP Autos Pro -> Categories
Open your Category and in right side in "Use Fields" tab you can enable\disable any fields for each Category.

Thank you for your reply and sorry about the topic in the wrong place, I thought I was doing it in the right place, you can move it if you want.

Regarding your solution, has I told you in the note, I cannot disable this field because I still need to use it since I have it connected to another platform API and the field still needs to be filled for it to work.
I would only need that when we select the fuel with the code electric it would hide the capacity field even if it was filled.
