Error inserting and deleting an image

Hi, I find the following problem. I tried to add images to the EXP Upload Images module, but they are not inserted in the path specified in the Resize Setting section. Also, I can not delete existing images. By pressing the delete button, the confirmation pop-up appears on the delete but in fact no image removal is performed.

EXP Images Upload module no have version 4.2.2 , now latest version 1.2.
