Updates purchase ?

Hello Grusha,

I spent some time checking your Auto Pro extension and it seems really great.
I will probably purchase it, as I have to design a new website for one of my customer.
But the thing is, I don't really understand the updates process...

Your licence mentions :
"Update and Support 3 months FREE.
After this period you can use EXP Autos Pro component , only don`t have Update and Support."

So my question(s) is :

• What is the cost for each new updates ? (I need to price it for my client)
• Does updates come very often ? bugs, securtiy risk etc ? Do I have to pay every time ?
• Do I get an alert in the administration panel for the new update ?

I'm really wondering how this all works. Usually, the joomla extensions I use will always come with a certain time for support, but updates are always included and without time limit or a long period as One year... so this is new for me .

Some great extensions have weekly updates... I could not image having to pay every week.
Is it a payment every 3 months ? How much is it every time ?

And also, what happens if my client does not work with me in the future and wants to do the update by himself ? Can I transfer my account to him or does he has to create his own account and purchase the update ?

You can update your membership any time with -50% discount price.

When your Membership has expiries then you can see "Expiries Memebers" topic in Forum and in this topic I write instruction for fixed bugs.

Do I get an alert in the administration panel for the new update ?

Now , no have alert in Admin panel , but maybe in next version I write code for this.

And ... about update memebrship ...
You do not need to update the membership each time a new version.
Every time for new versions I write "What is new" in Version History >>> and if you need the new features then can be update Memebrship, if you do not need then do not need to be updated .
