Trying to contact without result

I have tried to contact EXP Team via the contact form on this website without any reply.

We have ordered and paid for a component but we can not access any files.

Please contact us urgently.

5 hours ago I send you letter with access information.
Please check your email(Spamm folder too).
And very sorry but this time (26.05.2011 - 01.06.2011) I go my hollydays in Italy and this time I no answers fast.
But in Payment page you can see this text "Account information will be sent on your e-mail within 24hrs from payment."

Thank you for that. I can now access the files.
