Other payment methods

I would like to buy the component EXP Autos Pro for Joomla 1.5/1.7/2.5 from South Africa but Paypal and 2Cho are not supported here unless you have a special bank account to transfer funds to Paypal.
1. Is there another way I can pay for the component?
2. I want to have paid adverts, can I integrate with other payment gateways eg www.payfast.co.za since Paypal is not well supported or can you do this for me at a reasonable fee.
3. Can I buy the component together with the IceTheme template for the same price? I like the way it looks on the demo.
I would appreciate your quick response due to a tight deadline.

But if you have problem :
1)You can use Western Union
2)In EXP Autos Pro component for payment system(PayPal) used module.
You can change code in this module... I think this no hard(only 1 file).
3)If you want full install with IceTheme template then price - 199Euro

I will use Western Union because I do not have a credit card as well. I will also try to change the code. Im not a PHP coder though. I have the template already and I know how to install. I was mostly interested in the structure and database but never mind on this one. I will manually do that. Thanks again for your quick response.
