Paypal for customer and free for dealers ?

Is Exp Autos Pro 1.5, can provide a paypal payment for individual subscribers?
They can register and create their own ad entirely in the front office?

And is it possible to have professional advertisers who publish themselves on their list of ads and also in the front office, but free, without paypal? If an administrator they created a business account first.

In latest version EXP Autos Pro you can ON/OFF payment system only for all users.
But with small change code really create payment for user level.
And in new version component I create this function.

3- For update, how does it work with your component ?

5- Do you have a manual for exp autos ? how many pages ?
