CSV upload, radius search

Hi

I have a couple of questions before purchase:

1) Does the radius search work for Australia?

2) Is it possible to upload a CSV list of car adverts for a dealer e.g. if I have many dealers each with lots of cars....can I upload a CSV file of their cars and have it auto-populate....upload a CSV for each dealer?
How does the population of tables work? Can I assign a CSV upload to a particular member/dealer?

1)Really if you add cities from Australia.

2)Really , but you can write code for this if you want automation Import CSV.
By default EXP Autos Pro component have EXPORT/IMPORT function.
