does anyone has a coding to acess a database from one single dealers?

like a have a main site like: www.mysite.com

and there is a dealer site like: www.dealer1.com and www.dealers2.com

and i want the dealers sites to call my database on my site, to get the details and the image, and is the car deleted from my site it is automatic done on the dealers sites as well

You can write code for Import CSV or XML files from your Dealer site.
EXP Autos Pro component support Import/Export CSV/XML files.
